Achi (Soup Thickener | Épaississant de soupe)
A natural thickening flour made from the ground seeds of the Brachystegia tree. With a light nutty flavour, Achi is widely used to add body to soups across Southeastern Nigeria.
Try it in: Egusi soup, pepper soup, lentil stews, or even vegan sauces.
